I have several remote database that need to have one table updated from a master table in our main office on a nightly basis does anyone here have any ideas or suggestions on how to do this?

if i use Materialized Views and changes are made to the master table say one or 2 rows change how does it send just those row updates and not the whole table? and how do you schedule these jobs or update?
