"Message 2100 not found" Errors [message #199804]

Dear All,

I have tried to run the SQL Loader in Toad/Dos prompt. But a Message return:

"Message 2100 not found; No message file for product=RDBMS, facility=ULMessage 2100 not found; No message file for product=RDBMS, facility=UL"

Do anyone know the reasons?

set your ORACLE_HOME.
make sure you have ORACLE_HOME/bin in PATH.

But I have checked that the ORACLE_HOME/bin have been set already.

I still suffer in this problem.

is that the right ORACLE_HOME?
This is due to your environment settings
