Hi,
From where can i get Oracle Connection Manager Control Utility?
Is it in the companion CD? i've installed Oralce Database 10g Products (second option) from the companion CD to the same oracle home that i installed the database software. But still i don't get the cmctl command. ($ORACLE_HOME/bin is in the $PATH).

Any help regarding this is very much appriciated.
Thank you.

Perhaps using $ORACLE_HOME/bin/netca ?
Then edit
$ORACLE_HOME/network/admin/tnsnames.ora and $ORACLE_HOME/network/admin/sqlnet.ora and
$ORACLE_HOME/network/admin/listener.ora correctly.
Then issue lsnrctl reload
