Hi Ali

MD.50 is a Functional design document, where you are designing what fields will be there in a user form, what kind of validations it should test from the user while entering data. How the loader programs should insert data, how the report should be, how the scripts should run in background. In a nutshell you are designing how the functionality should be pertaining to a Form, Report, Interface etc.The preparation of this document is from the user feedback, the user if knowledgable can give good inputs in designing the look and feel and the same can me mapped from the product, but if he is not then the person who is preparing the document should use his own creativity a lot and come out with the solution.

MD.70 is a Technical design document, where the execution part comes into picture, it is a document which will prepared from the inputs of MD.50.
