Hi,
I have a doubt in po, can we create po's and Requisitions not opened(like mar,Apr, May, Jun) periods, if i create invoices in that it gives error, is it possible to create PO's and REQ's in future periods...............

can anyone help me.

I think you can not create documents in unopened periods.

hi,
we can create requisitions on not opened periods but
PO's can't be. done this is my doubt.

Hi Anil..

I guess we can create PO in any closed or not Opened Period. but it will work on one assumption ., in GL that Period should be OPEN. if the Period satus is "Open"(in GL) and even though it was "Closed"(in PO).i think so.

Your are correct,
If there is periods statuses is "neveropen(unopen)" in GL. then is it possible to create Requisition and PO.
In above case when iam creating invoice it giveing error if u provide some more details it will be very useful for me.

Iam searching in User Guide not getting sufficient information.
