Hi Friends
This is Raghu. My qualificaton is Bachelor of Business Administration (Marketing). iam having 4 years of sales experience to till date. Recently i have done Oracle CRM Course. I just got the over view of the modules but i dont have confidence that i can work on it with this knowledge. Can anyone please suggest how to go ahead.

Hi
Can u come out with specifics?
1. Which product in OracleCRM (oracle, Siebel, people soft etc)
2. Which domain of CRM (marketing, sales, service, call center etc)
3. Which role in CRM (Technical/Functional)
4. Why u wants to get into CRM, what are Ur objectives for learning?
Money, knowledge, or job etc)
5. Any other info which u want to share, so that guidance would be focused.
