APP_SPECIAL AND APP_SPECIAL2 API's

app_special function is part of APPCORE.pll. APPCORE.pll can be attached only to forms (*.fmb).

So Oracle created a new pll called APPCORE2.pll. This library can be attached to CUSTOM.pll.

The function to call is app_special2.

I have tried using both APP_SPECIAL and APP_SPECIAL2 API's to enable a custom menu item from a standard Oracle form but the special menu item is still not displayed.

any help is greatly appreciated.
