Hi,
We are using Oracle 9.2.0.6 on Windows 2000. I want to Audit SYSDBA privilege in this environment. I am aware that I need to set parameter AUDIT_SYS_OPERATIONS=TRUE for this. And as far as windows is concerned, Audit Trail will always be written to Windows Log for SYSDBA.

Now my problem is,
1. It writes everything done by SYSDBA, right from CONNECT, SELECT and every other action. This makes the Log unmanageable. I want to filter some of the actions. Only specific actions should get audited. RMAN also will write backup actions in Windows Log since it uses SYSDBA privilege.

2. Any other way by which I can remove the only Oracle entries in Windows Log using some batch script. I can fetch it in batch script but need to delete it to manage the size.

Regards,
