when I try to install oracle 8i version 1.5 on o.p( xp professional )the following error appear:
(un able to create dirctory cdocume~ ÔÇåíälocals~temporainstall.you may not
have enough permission to creat the directory or there is no space left in the volume. )
what I can do to solve it?

I have following porb installing the developer 2000.
The problem is : orac-12203:TNS unable to connect to destination
It would be so kind if anyone can help me or provide me the links of "how to intall Oracle 8i Personal Edition and also Orcale 8i Enterprise endition under diff operating systems Window2000/Window Xp/ Window 98 SE.
