Is there a way to do a clean (SILENT) uninstall of oracle client 8.0.5.0.0 from a W2K professional machine?

I think some earlier versions of oracle client did not uninstall properly using the installer. For 8 and below, I tend to delete the registry branch HKLMSoftwareOracle; and delete directories c:orant; c:oracle; c:program filesoracle. This leaves the services, which you just disable; and the reference to the odbc driver, which you simply do not select.
