my env is:

os & platform: redhat as 2.1 on dell 2600

apps version:11.5.9

instance:vis

when I access http://host:port/servlets/weboam/oam/oamLogin

and input "sysadmin/welcome" and select a dbc file,and Enter

but get message says:

--------------------------------------------------------------

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, applmgr@tcsshanghai and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

I can't fix the problem,I even don't know where is the log file,pls help me,why i can't login?THANKS!
