PO action History shows improper sequence/actions against user names [message #95332]

Hi All,
We are on Oracle Apps. 11.5.5 and multiorg setup.
When we are viewing Action History of any approved PO then , both against buyer name and approver name the action is shown as APPROVE.
Practically, only the approver is approving the PO. But against the buyer name Actions should be shown as Submit,Forward and against Approver it should be shown as Approve,which is not happening for some time now.
Any suggestion or help in this regard would be appreciated.
