Can a view be created in Oracle Clinical based on another view? If so are special privileges required?

If you are trying to create a view against an Oracle Clinical extract view, then YES, there are two ways. The first would be to create the view in the study access account, but you need to first grant create session to the study access account as system or rxc_maa. The second option would be to grant a personal account rxclin_read and "select any table" privilege.
