I have a machine that I inherited that I 'think' has three ORacle 9i instances installed on it. There are 3 Orace Server Services running on the machine and a listener service. Trouble is, I cannot connect to any of these with Oracle Enterprise Manager - I am getting the following error: ORA01033 Oracle Initialization or shitdown in progress. I have tried reboot and restarting the Oracle Services manually??? Any Ideas?
