suppose i have export file upto like 14.00 PM can i import file by

specifying timestamp 13.00P.M.

export / import procedures does not support poin-in-time operations.
export is a logical backup or snapshot w.r.to that current time.

Hi,
Not this is not possible.
The other way round over here can be Where clause which can be used if your tables have a LogDate/time column.

Using it you can make a where clause while importing.
