Hi,

I am finding a problem of how to pass an UNIX variables into control file (.ctl) when invoking sqlldr from unix shell.

Actually I need to pass the environmental variables for user id into .CTL files.

Also when I am invoking oracle sequence's in the CTL file the system is not generating the sequence. Since the column is a not null column still the record is being inserted as null in the database making the index as unusable (ora-01502) error.

I will appreciate if any one can help me on the above.

Regards,

Francis
