I have installed Oracle database and separately Tomcat. There is problem to start Apache Tomcat at port 8080. I know that Oracle uses this port. How to change this port in Oracle?

i beleive, 8080 is used by OSE ( oracle servlet engine).
i am not very sure about the OSE configurations, but have read about an oracle database proprietory built-in package namely DBMS_NAMESPACE, which can be used to relocate the OSE to another port.
