Disable it or do less work in your database.

Be patient, this is a volunteer forum, you pay us nothing, we owe you nothing.
But YOU owe us thanks to spend time to help you (review your previous topic).

You have only 4 choices:
1/ Disable flashback
2/ Decrease retention (and drop guaranteed restore point)
3/ Decrease the modification in the db
4/ Buy more disks

So choose.

You cannot manually delete files, Oracle will do when appropriate (assuming you have correctly set your FRA).

The space usage should stabilize, once your db_flashback_retention_target time has passed. If you look at v$flashback_datbase_stat you can get an idea of how much flashback data is being generated, and the estimted size needed to meet whatever your target is set to.
