How to assign default value to a folder or form? [message #609954] Fri, 14 March 2014 09:56

I have a user who uses Order Management. The user clicks on Shipping --> Transactions which opens up the query manager. In there, he is using a custom folder which eliminates what he doesn't want to see, but also his "Line Status" is set to a blank value. When I open his folder (which is public) my value is defaulted to "Not Shipped".

The user doesn't know why his defaults while other users have to select a value each time. Is there a way to set a default value in that drop down box? I've tried setting the entire responsibility to use his folder but that doesn't change anything as far as defaulting the line status to a blank value.

Thanks!
