The foll. messages are logged in alert log daily

SUCCESS: diskgroup DATA12 was mounted
SUCCESS: diskgroup DATA12 was dismounted
SUCCESS: diskgroup DATA12 was mounted
SUCCESS: diskgroup DATA12 was dismounted
SUCCESS: diskgroup DATA12 was mounted
SUCCESS: diskgroup DATA12 was dismounted
SUCCESS: diskgroup DATA12 was mounted

what is causing these messages to be loggged??

Expected behavior. Not errors.
You must be using diskgroup DATA12 for archived logs.
Every time a log is opened and close, this message is logged.

ye i guess during archivelog backup,the messages are getting logged.

Also i m finding foll. message in listener log file

WARNING: Subscription for node down event still pending

watz that about,,,,

Just another behavior with default configs

If you not want the notification, set this in listener.ora and bounce.

SUBSCRIBE_FOR_NODE_DOWN_EVENT_{listener_name}=OFF
