I want to know as a dba who has access a particular table last , can you please give me the steps...

Audit can be set by 3 parameters:

- audit_file_dest='Location_of_adump_directory'
- audit_sys_operations=TRUE/FALSE
- audit_trail=None/DB/OS

Only value set by DB, the data will create corresponding to your audit statement. You can retrieve them from sys.aud$ table.
